Day 7 in a row.  First time for a typical weekend rider. 

 

Pleasantly surprised at how the body adapts 👍

 

 

Couple of nice outdoor rides.  Grateful for the indoor trainer to keep going on the days I cant get out.

First outside ride in a while that finished in the dark. Speaking of dark, something satisfying about riding passed people stuck in traffic with traffic lights out due to, you know, load shedding.

I know there is a separate thread for latest purchases, but I just wanted to show my new replacement helmet after my previous one got smashed with a crash. Fox Dropframe. Can’t take it for a ride yet, because my shoulder is still a mess, but at least this makes me even more excited to get back out there.

I’m a bit concerned about my shoulder. I think I may have torn/injured ligaments at my AC joint, but can only see the orthopaedic surgeon 15 May. Will try and take it easy until then. The rest is all much better, thank you. 
 

Bike is surprisingly okay. Superficial damage - scratches here and there, but nothing too serious.
