The Ghost Posted May 21, 2019 Share why ? Hope you and the bike are okay ....I'm struggling something horrid with ITB. I started to feel it about 10 minutes into what ended up being a 4 hour 25min ride. By the end I was barely able to move the leg and I came down the last descent unable to stand on that leg. On top of that the guy I was riding with had a bit of a crash 22km in and he wasn't able to put much weight on one of his arms for the last 13km. Sad day, but at least the bike is fine.
