Try ordering a Cortado in Spain where I'm told it comes from. Eventually I gave up and just asked for Cafe con Lecce (coffee and milk)

On of our commuters is from China .... he says that when you go to a local Chinese takeaway you see the western menu, the Chinese patrons get served the Chinese menu. ...

Oh, and MILK is something to put into a baby, not into your coffee! If you are no longer growing teeth and bones, drink BEER!

No, it's the strongest milk based coffe you get. Stronger than a cappucino, stronger than a flat white. 60ml espresso (double shot), 60ml milk. That's a very strong flavour.
