Last Sunday’s ride, 1st one in 30 days after 100km running ????‍♂️ in January as it’s been to k@k wet & cold . Damn I missed 2 wheels

My sons Spez Crux came with the same one. Has a “rubber” wedge. Looks like it’s a little more “compliant” that a normal post.

Squeezed in another 52Km after it stopped raining.

First 2 (of 5) laps on the MTB, then swapped to the skinny wheels as the roads were ideal.

82km on the road beats any distance in the IDT.

Mqeku River, Valley of 1000 Hills. This is usually a shallow, but rocky, ankle deep causeway. It has been washed out with all the rain in the past few weeks.
