That’s the 2nd post about a bee sting in recent times.

Are any of you allergic to bees and if so what do you do/ carry on the bike?

It’s one of my biggest concerns in summer and I’m in the countryside, especially swallowing one and being stung in the throat; I seem to swallow a fair amount of gogos [emoji85]

Luckily not allergic, stopped to see what it was, poured a bit of water on where it stung and continued. For some strange reason the site of the sting is still sore this morning . Will shave a bit later and see the damage, but not before I head out today ????

A friend carries celestamine (spelling) with him. He is hyper allergenic when it comes to a bee sting.

He gave a pill to another club that was stung last week.

Thanks. Yes the recovery even surprises me. Medical technology is amazing.

Recovery and prognosis varies with the complexity or nuance of the injury or issue with the joints

Ah yes thanks, a good antihistamine that.

I used to carry an epipen but they have such a short shelf life and are very expensive.
