One of my favorite mtb races...today I enjoyed the ride and the view.

I went for a ride with some of the Santa Cruz boys on Saturday, Cedric Gracia, Iago Garay, etc...

Whilst out aimlessly exploring on Sunday, we came across this obvious place of worship in the middle of nowhere . Trailer park & i sat and took in the views.

 

Awesome days riding.

 

This was one of those special days we ride for.

At the top of the first big climb. Gqunube climb 2km, 7% avg

After 3km through the tall grass the compulsory bike against the tree pic


And the thirsty riders empty out another spaza shop coke supply

Very confusing signage

Some of the guys got chicked

The reward after the biggest climb of the day 900m 13% avg. Game viewing from the MTB
