LSD 75km, 1550m ascend, Tygerberg Trails Meander with Great Friends

After 5 long months with only one or two short rides and nothing hectic, I went for a cradle mtb ride.

 

Felt great being out and about again, but my body took a beating.

 

Went through the aftermath of a proper highveld thunderstorm.

 

 

Dit the 63km in just over 3 hours.

Been a busy weekend....

didn't get to ride on Saturday because it was someone's first birthday... 

and because someone flippen owns me.. EVERYTHING revolved around him!(not that he'd know or care... more the family one pleases I guess)

but THIS DUDE!!  

We played bikes today...
