Not only here on the hub, check out 4x4 forums as he has done the same thing there. He has scammed me out of money by false advertising products and then refusing to honor what he committed to. After I left his company a stinker review the owner started harassing me with threats of legal action. These are typical lowdown tactics to scare you. In my case I told him to proceed with legal action, which turned out as I expected - hot air. The total cost to recover is the guide in these cases. Going to court to recover R10k is simply stupid, hence the existence of the small claims court where no legal representation is required or allowed. It does not make sense to spend R30k to recover 10, keeping in mind that you DO NOT have a solid case. R50k claims is the max cut-off value for small claims court.
