I've been dealing with a minor knee niggle, but I've not been outside on the bike in 6 weeks, which is bloody ridiculous. Iive between Soshanguve and Hammanskraal. And cycle through the bush without issues. I try to avoid places where they know cyclists go with fancy bikes. And I ride with old shorts, safety boots and a back pack I got from Mr price. And I look more like a commuter. I, do believe this helps. I don't care what I look like. (I don't go looking at the stolen bikes section) Also the trail network(TBMTBC) is rather private so there is that...
