simple ... just ignore your freeeeaaaking cell while you are in the gym!!!

don't understand how people can be doing an activity or holding a conversation with a person and then completely disconnect when a message arrives on their cell phones ... for goodness sake man/lady, that bloody hand held device is not so flipping important.

Rant almost over.

There's just no liquor stores. You can have Cuban beers in that rad Cuban spot. I think... If it's still there.

firstly that cuban spot is in kalk bay, and it's opposite the bottle store there!

secondly, it's not really rad. well maybe I'm just being a silly local, the vaalies seem to love it for some reason for 6 weeks of the summer.

One of my mates had a Commodore 64 that I used to jol on when I visited back in the day. Was great fun.

Yup good days. I remember writing silly one liner programs that would create funny patterns or play silly dittys - and get all excited when it worked -who would've guessed I'd ended up becoming a programmer :)

I just used to play some games on the Commodore. I remember one martial arts game, and some adventure type game.

For me it was all about Callifornia Games and Formula 1 racing.

Ah, California Games. Didn't really get a chance to have a go at it, but one of my mates had it on his Sega. Was quite the game from what I heard.

One of my buddies had that on pc.

His parents had a shiny new computer with an EGA screen - we didn't know you could have so many (read 16) colours on a screen.

The same buddy who had the Sega, his older bro had a 286 which had an EGA screen. Spent a few weekends playing Space Quest or watching him play Space Quest. I thought it was totally rad. Granted, he also had a 486 which had a VGA screen - I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the graphics on some of his games.
