We had two cats when we got pups and the one would allow her face and ears to be washed for a while until she had enough, while the other wouldn't. He never really grew to like them. But after he died my brother got a kitten and he actually thinks he's a dog sometimes, I swear. He'll allow himself to be licked until he is soaking wet. Odinson 1
