Bike is a Large, I am 1.80cm, always ridden on a large. The seatpost was a bit high in that pic, that was before I had even ridden it.

So far just the frame and a shiny new Pike RCT3 140mm soloair boost (hi Miles ) have arrived. The wheels, cockpit and components are in varying stages of transit at the moment, but I'll create a build thread once everything is here and assembly can begin.

Frame comes with a Fox Factory EVOL. I'll fit it once the cups and BB are in.

Token thread fit bb.

 

It's pressfit, but it's threaded on the inside.

 

Now I can replace bearings without taking out the bb again!!

Yes ordered from their online shop and 2 days later the bb was delivered.

Have not actually used them before but the benefits look very compelling. I just can't get my head around the idea of replacing an entire bb when only the bearings need replacement.

 

I know the Quickroc bb's also let you replace just the bearings, but chose these as the two parts thread into each other and should reduce the chance of creaks developing.
