Oh those bloody Nobby Nicks, you can get a voodoo priest to bleed freshly killed chicken over them on a full moon night and they will still be as slippery as earthworm snot.

Sorry, didn't mean to be nasty to the Nicks. They are still better than Crossmarks. (See, there, I'm listening to my Mom, who says to always add something positive )

Been wanting these a very long time, good price came along. Disappointed with the packaging.

New photochromic sunnies, just in time for winter training. Omnico specially delivered these to my LBS after a FB discussion with them. Service!

This is as good a thread as anywhere to ask where would be the best place to look for prescription, photo-chromatic sunglasses for cycling?

Or which brand would be best for this at least.

I had the adidas sunglasses with the inserts. Works nicely but you have some blind spots. Done through the optician.

I then had a set of polarized prescription lenses. One of my favorites. Also made by optician.

The only reason I went these routes were because I always struggled to fit contact lenses. Lately I have been wearing contacts, dont struggle as much anymore and I am not limited to any type of sunglasses.

It's actually a metaphor

hahah, But not sure that is correct. Metaphor is indirect comparison. The analogy is more direct, as evidenced from Myle's statement " stickier than.."

Thanks Eddy, been looking at the Adidas sunnies with the inserts. Unfortunately I can't do the contact lens thing, developed an allergy to them from over-use couple of years back.

Um, thanks for the obvious..........
