Mustered up the courage to calculate my TSS for the last 7 days which is 730.

 

All indoor trainer using Zwift (FWIW)

 

Would have been much lower, but there are these things called group rides, which is thinky veiled races where swedish superhumans spend winters in sub zero pain cave temperatures doing nothing but Zwift rides at 200% ftp #justsaying

Had a lekker week so far on MTB:

 

TSS=780 with a ride planned for tomorrow still

ATL=99 (was 111 earlier the week)

CTL=68

TSB=-31 (was 46 earlier the week)

 

Easy to do these numbers on outrides... gets allot harder on time crunched indoor rides.

Idt isn't too bad. You can crank out 75 tss per day in an hour quite easily

I know, I do 4x a week... = 200

 

And then normally a 120-150 on a Sunday around Thaba, and then if I can a 60-75km on a sat which adds up to a 200-250 so that's a busy week and breaking 500-600

 

A more normal is 400-500/week, which is repeatable without being in to much trouble with family.
