I have been using TR for about a year and it was great. Recently moved over to Zwift and have to say I am enjoying it much more.

You can still build your planned workouts, or select any of their workouts. The time just goes by much faster on Zwift.

TR does have loads more workouts, but not sure how often 1 would use those, and alot of them are very similar.

Lucky for you, your nose is exposed... otherwise we wouldn't see you in your stealth black kit.

You can compare yourself to Laurens ten Dam at the Giro.

Tuesday's queen stage: 423 tss. Not sure if real or strava calculation, but average power for almost 7 hours was 244 watts.

Complete crash for me.

Family sick and they eventually got me to join on Tuesday, well thats when I recognized my fait.

Still did a workout on Thursday, skipped Friday, and then went for a ride Saturday, Tss=100, tried to on Sunday, got 5km in and realized group is faster than Sat, was going further and it was colder and I was actually feeling worse than Sat so called it quits, turned around and went home, and drugged myself up...

Hope to be back on the bike by Friday.

Get well soon!

I can understand if you feel frustrated.
