Have a question

Im coming from a fairly decent base block and have managed to push my fitness to an all time high.

I am however approaching my goal event and started introducing Intervals, by doing this Im starting to see a steady decline in my fitness as Im changing just riding around into more structured rides.

Questions Are

1: Im I doing to little intervals for current fitness ?

2: If its normal for the decline , what would be an acceptable decline.

3: Should I increase my z2 ride time to make up some TSS from that regards, maybe introduce a morning and evening spin.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Regards

Shoot me if I'm wrong...

Your training load should pretty much remain the same, however your training should be more race specific or targeting weaknesses.

TSS: 609

IF: .74
Time: 9:59

was supposed to be a bigger week, but I came off the bike a week ago and buggered my AC ligament so anything involving my arms was a no-no

hopefully this is the last red workouts for this program

A quick question on TSS

I see TP has and option to show hrTSS and TSS

I assume the hrTSS is calculated via the hear rate numbers, where does the TSS figure come from? Power?
