i dunno everyone competing in a SA event and riding with a full license is fair game in my book, regardless of if they are being lapped or not.....very different to a back marker in the epic

This isn't the first time that time (and money no doubt) has been wasted testing a 'back marker'.

 

I reckon that SAIDS (and the UCI) deliberately do this to be able say that they are testing but are too scared, threatened or being paid off to test the top guys.
