Edit:  Plus the axle, if that’s available as well.

I am making up a carbon fibre kit on an old broken hub.... I can measure, cut and neaten up tomorrow then.

• 38.2mm Seatpost clamp
• 34.9mm Seatpost (400mm or 350mm) 
• or a Shim 30.9mm to 34.9mm

Please let me know you you can have some of these or id you LBS has them at a decent price.

Not sure if this is going to be helpfull, I got:

1. 31.6 x 400 Ritchey seat post

2. 30.9 x 400 Race Face Turbine seat post 

The Race Face I'm currently using at the moment but in the process to replace with a dropper, will be available in the next few days.

I am looking for a 30.9-31.6mm seatpost shim and a 60 or 70mm stem.

Anyone have in their spare parts bin they are willing to part with, willing to pay.

Take a look at Rapide

Shim https://www.rapide.co.za/product/rapide-seat-post-shim-30_9-to-31_6/

Stem ... looks like they are short on stock at Rapide, but drop them an email or via their site and check with them when they would be expecting more stock. Rapide always respond timeously and deliver excellent service.

You might need something that I might throw away:

Shimano 11spd rear mechs x 3 in various states of functionality.
The one XT's clutch is poked
Not sure what is wrong with the other, but LBS said it was knackered.
The XTR one is OK'ish, but a bit old and tired.

Before I bin them, perhaps someone wants them for parts.
There is some value here, but not much...

I am in Cape Town if anyone wants to collect.

Where you located, completely totaled my mech few days ago, could maybe use mine and the one with knackered clutch to make a whole one
