lechatnoir Posted March 20, 2020 Share I'm trying to do an IDT session daily (so far so good) and will head outdoors at least once over the weekends. if we get to the spain/italy proportions of people being arrested for such things, then I'll stay on IDT CatzSpace "frail"

scotty Posted March 20, 2020 Share Still hitting the outdoors, this mornings ride was with about 6 others all of varying ability so the distance between us was sorted as we were spread out most of the way. CatzSpace "frail"
eddy Posted March 20, 2020 Share Business as usual for me For me too, and it maps perfectly to the requirement to stay indoors and sit on the couch.
Cheese Posted March 20, 2020 Share Still the same as usual for me, although the usual have been much less the last few months. I saw that the British Cycling union Wrote to the British minister of health to include cycling as one of the things to do during period of social distancing. Saffa in the UK Posted March 20, 2020 Share I'm suffering first world problems.... PerfprostudiorouvyTacx Trainer App or stick with Zwift.... (least prefered option) Kinomap?Trainer road? decisions decisions. So much to test so little time i prefer the Zwift app to the Tacx trainer app. Although i did train on the CTCT route in the uk.the reason i like zwift is because of the other riders and the racing. it also feels like youre riding as your avatar is visible as a cyclist rather than the dot you have on Tacx, although that might just have been the cape town routes

BMXER Posted March 20, 2020 Share Business as usual, however avoid contact. This will change in the next 7 days. The only certainly is uncertainty. Don't let your health dip due to training.

Stretch Posted March 20, 2020 Share I went out for a road ride today. Alone. Traffic was just fine, but then I have nothing to compare it to.I’d stay away from rough rides that might put you at risk of a crash that would land you in hospital but getting out is great.I suspect we have a tighter lockdown coming here though. How was the ride? You try some of the more rural roads? Open_road
