Same same, It is not just that he wins, what looks like with ease but the fact that he does this no matter the terrain. he almost seems immortal. The prior days crash had zero effect on him, it might even made him faster having a little less skin to carry around.

Unbelievable, 3 minutes faster than the next on strava. Lipowitz and Jonas not on the list, but he was 2:10 faster than the next best climber according to the results.

Adequate nutrition must be the biggest performance enhancer ever. For myself it had a massive effect, taking me from mediocre, to nearly not mediocre anymore and I'm still in double digits per hours.
