I really shouldn't visit this topic anymore, it just hurts! This is the only bike-action I'm getting these days. It's been a month since my knee surgery. I just started with this spinning machine yesterday. I can make a full circle but really slowly. It will take maybe another week before I can get out on my regular citybike. And my road bike...?

Winter is here!

Spent the majority of yesterday afternoon getting my on-one ready for S2C. It has been standing for 5 months, so I redid tubeless.

 

Put a shock on the front, had to transplant brakes, install a cluster and Derailleur and new chain.

 

Got a really wide rapide bar on, and a short stem.

 

Took her for a 45k shakedown, and it's all good.

The Wife and I did a little road ride on the bikes today. Argus route from Fishoek past Cape Point to Sunvalley and then back into Fishoek, coffee stop in Scarbs.
