Luckily training requirements prevailed and I got on my bike, turned into a beautiful morning Gonubie point. Chasing some lonely bloke Tried the new coffee shop in Gonubie. Not much to eat in the low carb category but the coffee is on point. Got home, had a quick shower and headed out with Carina while mommy did her short recovery run.
