Man, those CT pics are something.

Our weather has also been very nice, 23° on the way to the trails, and perfect for riding.
saw some real tall hikers along the trails

and of course, recovery is very important…

Absolutely love those tall menere. On our weekly nighttime anti-poaching patrols, after passing through the wild cat sections, I preferred being on the back of an open bakkie as the rhino and giraffe would often approach us up close.

That stopped after we heard that the doccie filmmaker Carlos Carvalho, who socialised with us a few times, was struck to death by a giraffe. Carlos landed more than four metres away from his camera tripod.

I have a lot of respect for these tall horses. I am very wary of getting too close to them. These ones are very calm, and gets exposed to humans a lot. So they are not skittish. That said, I’m not taking chances, and I do not want to be on the receiving end of their hoofs or pointy bits on their heads.

As for all these CT pics, I reckon you could accidentally press the “photo” button on the camera, and still get an awesome shot.

Like the one murican commented on some of my Lesotho pics on a moto forum: “That scenery is very photogenic” F-all to do with my camera skills… lol.
