Die Boekklub . Wife met me for breakfast . Isuzu took me home,Spent last weekend in Prince Albert. Took a drive to Merweville on Monday. My word what a drab and depressing place. I like small towns but the sense of nothingness in this place was overwhelming. Only the impressive church building added some spark. Now we are like old people, faffing about and eventually get going on the bikes. ( no offence meant to old people) Today was a great example of why one needs to be out listening for the elusive sparrow’s fart...Which we of course didn’t do....I regretted every moment riding in the heat, I’m not a fan, and my radiator does not like the heat at all. still, some decent views given the geography.
