I am not on any social media platforms unfortunately, wish I was now. My wife posted on Emirates Facebook page twice . They eventually gave us an email address to send my complaint to. So far f all, after 2 mails . They say “Thank you for your recent correspondence.

The events that you have described are being looked into and a member of our Customer Affairs Team will write to you once our review is complete.

For any future correspondence on this matter, please click on this link. Thank you for taking the time and trouble to write to us.

Yours sincerely,

Customer Affairs

Emirates Group Headquarters”

What a load of bollocks. Reposted on there facebook again and they just replied the same. They will fob me of and wrap me in legal jargon until I give up.

Maybe I need to start a thread and see what happens .

Apologies for the hijack on this awesome fred ????.......

No-where .....

Almost a year, so the love of my love is at Mark's Workshop for its annual service ....  Asked that they replace the inner-and-outer cables etc, giving the bike proper FULL service, shocks the works ....

Decided to do it now while we are having rain here .... getting the 940 ready for the next year.

Know it is the right thing to do ... but WHY am I having such an emotional drain seeing the empty spot in the garage ..... dammit, when did I become an addict .....
