Edit: Maybe hitch-hiking became too dangerous? The road has moved about 100m north. That and her beau died some time ago. IMO It's a unique and beautiful part of the country. Maybe not for everyone but I love the R62 and that sort of terrain. Done Baviaans a few times, then double back on tar to Willowmore .... maybe just tired by that stage, but that particular road is a verys special type of nothingness .....
