two of the ladies riding with us have been working on the trail and they seem positive.

Yeah.. Nice ladies. Our building will go into full swing again soon.

Ventured out the hood today...took a ride out east...got my first puncture on the road bike...i have repaired lots of punctures on other peoples bikes...so it was a quick easy task...I enjoy riding alone...but when i felt the back wheel go flat and stopped to change the tube i realized that there lots of people walking in groups...there was an incident a while back were a cyclist beaten into a comma by a group of 5...1 person did stop and ask if he could help...only after i said everything was ok...i realised i should have asked him to just stop and watch that nothing happened while changing the tube...nothing happened so i was fortunate and was back on the bike within a couple of minutes....in future i will certainly stop if a cyclist has a problem even if i just watch that he/she is ok.

A pre 94.7 amble around the suburbs and passed one of my LBS's .... apparently I don't have the hipster thing sorted but hey I had fun anyway!

Takes a while every time to get used to the fact that when you try to freewheel (it's a fixie) while the bike is moving at a reasonable speed you almost get ejected over the handlebar and that you need to brake on the downhills for fear of unscrewing your hips ........

How does the front and back section fit together on this?

the round Coupler (seen below the torqkey and above the joint) holds the down tube together

the seat post braces the Seat tube and top tube.

both Seat Tube and top tube clamp around the seat post
