I would've stopped to take a pic of the sunrise along the route but I was thinking about my Strava recording, only to find out at the finish that my ride wasn't recorded on Strava, and I'm sure I pressed the start button on Strava on my phone at the start. Nevertheless, I'm happy with a time of 1 hour and 37 minutes - granted that I hadn't been on the bike in a month. Saw quite a few motorbikes heading home, probably passed about 40 from Brandwag to Hartenbos and almost all of them were newish BMW GS and the tourer version road bikes. It would be interesting to know what the total value of the bikes were that attended the Buffalo rally.
