Looks like a mini Grappa.If you are talking about the tar Outeniqua Pass, then yes, but keep in mind that it is pretty busy. It has a wide shoulder though, which makes it better. Great views. Nice curves, good for road bike. Drove over it plenty a time. Never rode it on a bike though. But if you are talking about the older Montagu Pass, the untarred one predating the modern pass, then HELL YES, it is an absolute MUST! Done it on the mtb, but a nice gravel bike or even a roadie with bigger tyres will be great. Nearly no traffic, peace and quiet, scenery out of this world. Well worth the trouble.Living in Groot Brak, close to George, I will never do the Outeniqua pass by bicycle only because of the safety (stupid car drivers) aspect. The tar road pass several times but would not ride it in peak hours. Weekends early morning would be best. Well that was the last time I rode it a few years ago.
