Frosty Posted November 17, 2020 Share After uploading (to Rouvy) the route for the upcoming Friday night Crit event, I then did an hour on the IDT to see how the trainer compares to a workout IRL. Instead of deleting the imported activity to create the route, I deleted the IDT workout.
