This weekend the bolt and clamp on my old seat post stripped. A nice 18km trap back home, standing all the way. I got this today from Wayne at Rapide - the Control Tower. Excellent quality and great service.

Hopefully they'll help a bit with this BMI issue that I am apparently "suffering" with....

That and the fact that it was time to throw my old pair away....

My wife got a package from Wayne (Rapide), I know what the contents are as I ordered it from Santa ..... I was not allowed to touch the package never mind even look (using before it's dropped down chimney not in my wildest dreams I'm told)

Right, the shifting down the up again to the right gear is shyte and annoying.

Makes perfect sense then to use the RAD replacent cage qhen going wide ride.

Thanks for that info as i was considering the wide range cassette as some point but now know the RD needs to change along with it.

Or you can use a Wolftooth Goatlink for 10 spd RD's. Will also solve your shifting issues.

Link is here - http://www.wolftoothcomponents.com/products/goatlink

We have some in stock.
