Eon du Plessis Posted July 1, 2016 Share Sorry was a one off deal. Had a choice between a fairly battered up 140 Pike that I couldn't check the internals for around 8K or a brand new 140 Revelation for sub R5K... Didt fancy the gamble and the difference is going fund the last thing: wheels. Damn, that's a good price on the Revelation. Lucky lucky. T-Bob Posted July 1, 2016 Share Shoulda gone with the fairly battered Pike....no wait...I'm biased...don't listen to me. Was very, very tempted... but some of the deep marks on the crown, the lowers and hectic rub on the inner lowers made you think a very big 'huh??' Will ride the rev' and keep eyes peeled for a pike further down the line.

I bought a 2nd hand Pike in mint condition for 8k so the one you looked at does not sound worth the risk T-Bob

BSG Posted July 3, 2016 Share Yip , that would be correct Sjo since moving to George I have only been there twice in 20 years, used to be our holiday destination when I lived in the Freestate for our April holidays, used to be a very nice place back then. Used to go to Umhlanga Cabanas on the end of the road behind Breakers. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk Edited July 3, 2016 by BSG

WeekendWarrior80 Posted July 6, 2016 Share Not really a purchase as such. Exchanged my Polar A300 at Sportsmans for one of these.http://i1204.photobucket.com/albums/bb417/Fruitloop80/IMG_3712_zps6r3x0t4l.jpg Rocket-Boy
