Perhaps... my drinking days are a distant lost memory although I drink a reasonable amount of water now and generally produce the yellow stuff. But I can remember the relief after a lot of drinking, beer or otherwise, and the translucent nature thereof.

 

Point is there is a lot of drinking & driving going on here, especially inter-dorp and runs to the rural areas.

Without sounding like some kind of weirdo.... I’ve monitored my urine colour ever since a coach told me about his kidney stone experience when he was training for comrades..... anyway I take a multivitamin every 2 or 3 days and then no matter how much water I drink it’s yellow for the next 8-10 hrs without fail.

I think vitamin B is the main culprit..... just a guess

Well, the first one was conceived in 'error' and the last one too. Having said that though, I wouldn't change my life for anything. Torture yes, but kind of like running Comrades, or riding Argus, not so great while you're doing it, but the joy and sense of achievement afterwards!!!!!!
