Symbicord, best Asthma meds on the market, use this once in the morning and evening daily, and your asthma will be under control.

I am on fox air. Dont have issues with my asthma generally, but the dust and humidity on the trails, just seem to knock me along with the constant climbing.

However, I must just get fitter

Started my ride with clear skies this morning. My route goes over a hill as I get out of town and I felt like I was dressed too warm. But at 6km into my ride it all changed and I was thankful for the warm jacket???? as I entered a world swallowed in cold mist

41kms later, 4kms from home I was released from my misty world????

With the 'alpha loop' which extends the fire station Thaba now has a full 20k rideable green loop [emoji41] - for those that know it would include the normal green plus the now cleaned up Samuel, the extended knee down switchback down from the power lines and the aforementioned alpha loop.

the new green loop with all the additions are brilliant. Added in a bit extra today. Up the brick road from twin and down the gulley from the top of the path. I see there are arrows pointing down there now has it been changed? Pics from part of the gulley, really tiring on the arms going down. But definitely beats riding up it.

The knee down switchbacks is very sweet especially the Little drop. Losing the front end is gonna come soon ????... But it just begs to be ridden .

Thaba rocks...21.2 Km's with 389 m of climbing ???? Good work out

This pic is from my ride on wednesday evening, had a good one with just over 20km and 600m of climbing. Went riding last night aswell, but a combo between a bonk and a cold saw me limping back with only 12km in the legs and no energy for taking pics.

I find something calming about riding alone in the dark, luckily its stil pretty safe in my neck of the woods. dedbaa9c4abf5f56290137af44b61b2e.jpg
