Got dropped from the pace partner group (D. Maria; 2.2W/Kg) while riding at 3.5W/Kg for the first 10 minutes. Eventually turned left, and rode the rest of the hour by myself. Was on the TT bike, so not sure if that makes a difference sucking wheel?

Yesterday’s harder session, outside, was much easier, read: more enjoyable, than today’s ride.

Jip .... no drafting effect on a TT bike.

 

Been spending most of this month on the trainer ..... grateful for being able to stay active.  Looking forward to my next outside ride 👍👍

Almost into 'fat bike' territory but rather comfortable .... I'm sure @Pikey will be crying 'fat' tears into his Earl Grey tea this morning 😜

Some really good news on the medical front this week, so now the return to normal can really start... been riding most of the time, now can just ride without worrying all the time and can go further 😁
