Let’s see who knows their virtual routes...

Plan was to do a Crit race with my club mates, but was asked to join an MS Teams meeting with a supplier in the USA. After the meeting, I rode this route: 2 laps

Edit: location is Central Park in NYC.

Riding into the sunrise this morning......kind of.....[emoji6]

If I look at the silver lining at least I can can get some time in the saddle, something I didn't get much of when I was "free".7e1caa5eb0977b47061594b04e372239.jpg

A virtual trip to Florida (US of A), for a ride that turned into a race that I decided to abandon just before halfway.

Tomorrow, Sunday and Monday I have something exciting planned - will share all three rides in one post - don’t want to spoil the fun until all three rides are complete.

Finally managed to get to 2 hours on the IDT.

Its more a mental effort than physical. (although I was just doing a slow steady pace so the physical can definitely be ramped up)

I now need to find some more cycling docu's on youtube.

Every hour on the IDT is 1.5 hrs outdoors as there is zero free-wheeling.

Well done, Champ.
