Are there no restrictions on distance from home or anything up there in the North?

Nope. Not at this stage. I try not to be a dick though so stick to quieter roads and take it slow generally.

Reminds me of a ride a year or two ago.  Did not know the roads and the Garmin took me on a road that went smack through the middle of a golf course.  Before I actually realised it was a golf course I almost got hit by a golf ball.
