Nice sunrise ride

post-110956-0-19992800-1590221497_thumb.jpg

EDIT - I stopped at VidaE on the way back ... was to be my firts post-lock down mid-ride coffee .... "sorry, no cash, only cards...."   :wacko:

Last 20 minutes was scary .... just too many mask-less walkers\runners\cyclists once the day breaks .... from now it is indoor rides, or early mornings riding in the dark while the masses are still inside ....

No pitchforks please, ran into my mate Semeer this morning ... shot the breeze for a few minutes, at a distance! One of the comments he made stuck with me 'sometimes you don't need photos you just need to soak it all in'0a368f1de8329a4ddc212c5f041fdb96.jpg

Impressive fence, where was that?

Nice, spoke to a mate in Geneva yesterday and he said it was 30C odd and quite a challenge social distancing at the ice cream stand. I had forgotten that Ascension day is a holiday there.

Great weather at the moment, Yesterday was very busy at the badi’s (lakeside bathing areas) and restaurants, most people trying hard to follow social distancing.... except the teenagers of course

Oh, just your average little South African wire strung around the flower beds for no particular reason. Don't you have them in Zug?  ;)

Tree 1 Farmer? 0

Hope the farmer was not hurt

Just a bit bruised.

Thats a notorious bend with speedsters but first time I've seen a tractor on its side there.

Almost all my rides are photo-less. I rely on my club mates to take and share photos, which I then use on my feed. As we’re social distancing, I can’t ride with my mates that do take photos.

@frosty- 06h18 Am ???? what was I thinking.

I was to cold to stop and take a pic this morning until nearly home. Avg temp 2* thought my feet had frostbite ,felt the cold air in my lungs which gave me lead legs most of the ride. Or maybe it’s the running.

Was it colder this morning or just me dropping my lipstick.

Time for shoe covers .

That is frosty. The Cape has had a bit of respite from the cold the last few days. This morning was suprisingly warm compared to the last few mornings out which was a welcome change.
