Its not been good - 81kg - I was about to lie, but from the above photos a spare tyre can be seen.

A good visual as to how I was doing yesterday. No power meter so no power stats, just assume around 12.3watts avg power :(

Avg HR is recorded as 163bpm

Best suggestions for getting the bike park sticker and residue off back of phone?

I have meths ready, but figure there might be a gentle option that is effective

A light toasting with a hairdryer before you start usually does the trick, softens the glue up and it comes off with the sticker.

You said residue though, so probably too late for this - a rag with some WD40 on it should dissolve and remove the gunk.

Exactly .... so somebody agrieved by his/her 16 237th position should take Finish Time to task.  He/she can move up a good few positions if Finish Time actually does their work they are paid to do.

Not so much the position that’s really the issue but the cheating has an impact on seeding. For example I’m 0,5 % from the next seeding group or rather 0,51 down I to the wrong group. Every other person that close to the cusp gets disadvantaged so that :

- bloke can pull his girlfriend / boyfriend to a better time

- cheat to a better seeded group at someone else’s expense.

one of two or three people doing this makes those who see the opportunity think there’s no harm while selfishly benefitting themselves. Then it becomes the free for all can’t beat em join scenario.

I will never understand CTCT seeding.

last race i did was two years ago 947. before that 2020 CTCT

and yet i still somehow got into 1B.

not complaining about it at all, but somehow doesn't seem right.

managed a 2h58 ride.

legs blew out at chappies and i watched the front guys ride away while trying to stave off cramps - had a really enjoyable ride.

Aas an eye opener when guys from C1 and D1 came past the front of B1 at Misty Cliffs!

Just a minor moan, flippen beer tent that only sells beer from 11h00. As if I am going to hang around for an hour and a half to buy my first beer after the race, then I'll just go drink my beer somewhere else 😝

What great weather we had today, PBs all around, hard to beat a day like today on the bike.

Daai is nou fyn brag soos hul sou sê 🤣

Next time drop to the buggy group by the time we finish the beers 🍻 are waiting 😁

I'm super chuffed with the 5h36 we did my aim(hope) was 6hours.

Today my bike feels like a Ebike 🤣

Winelands, 99er and Tour de PPA.

Aren't there PPA or CSA series that happen too? Cat1 to Cat4 etc?

I've seen the chatter but not sure which is which is which
