This link has the old outdated results.

This link has all your event results.

Still only PPA were I can see the seeding index for each race

All that said, waiting for the CTCT email to find my starting group and time

Ok, I see yours isn't there. Possibly due to your PPA entry.

Here's yours:

And here's a different Chris:

not understanding - the start groups are there? with all recent results as well

Maybe talking past each other.

Yes, they have the results, even the start group

but they dont show the seeding index.  For this I have to go to the PPA seeding platform.

More importantly, now we have to wait for the CTCT startgroup emails

Possibly just because they deal with the racers first.

Mid fielders, on a good day, like me probably get done a bit later.

Nah, I know people already seeded in 6C, so more likely either random, or PPA.

Hi All,

I'll start of with,

Who or whatever designed Racetec Website, should host a course in web design titled, "How to make a, not user friendly web interface"

In the obscure bowels of the website, log in, on the menu, click home, this is after you have logged in of course...

Select the menu again, seeding, road, select.

Then, weird page where you have to put in your name and surname again, then it will give you a list, again, of everyone remotely spawned with the same name, you have to select yourself, ID number, enter.

It will take you to you index calculation.

Hope it helps.

Done it on a MTB - Once, never again

Done it on a Road bike - 10 X

Done it in very high winds - had to stand and pedal coming down after Smitswinkel

Done it in very high heat - When they called it and stopped riders on Kaapse Weg, just managed to get past the mashals pulling everyone over, can't remember the year

Done it in the rain

Done the normal route

Done the Detour route

Did my 10th in 2010 = special medal

I was done with my goal of 10 - But was convinced to do an 11th in 2012 by my daughters ex BF after too many double Captain Morgans.

Entered in the era of paper entries you had to post in to orgainsers b4 online entries became a thing.

Entered online where we sat in front of our PC's at midnight over dialup modem waiting for entries to open

Never managed sub 3

Best time 3:24 with a broken pedal

Worst time 5:52 on MTB - took me a week to recover

My regret today - I should have carried on and joined club21 in 2021, that would have been special

How old were you when you did it on the MTB? I want to do it but I only have a MTB so I don't really have a choice, is it worth it if MTB is your only option?

Edit: Should add that it is a XC hardtail, wouldn't dare trying it on anything else

2A for me.
after having heart surgery 9 months ago and not being allowed to do bugger all exercise for what felt like forever and then only able to do light stuff and eventually building up to max for the last 2 months, I have done zero races since April and for the first time in 34 years I will not be “racing”, I have decided to just cruise and aim purely for a comfortable finish. Had a check up with the cardiologist today and got the go ahead to ride.

2D for me, in what should have been my 23rd Argus/CTCT were it not for the cancelled races and last year's I missed with my back operation. I entered for all of the races over the 23 years.

Will also be only my 2nd race since the 2023 version, so I'm quite chuffed in having a better starting group as in '23 (thanks to the 99er of '25)
