I’m always amazed that someone who is “so important” has time to comment here with us little people.

The superiority in nearly every post he places online is overpowering.

Just would think that he has better places to be and more important people to talk to.

Who says they important? You?

John, I’ve never met you and assume that you must be a great coach and a very clever person to have achieved what you have.

But if there’s one valuable lesson I am learning as I get older in life, it’s that sometimes it is better just not to type the comment, act like a know-it-all, or make others seem ignorant.

Have a good one.

Only things I’ve achieved in life is being a father to chaotic bullterrier.
Ironically, People can type what they want, like you have now in your opinion. Where others have theirs.

Sure you're just an oke like the rest of us muddling along trying to figure out what's the best way of not getting run over by a drunken BMW driver / lawless taxi / impatient myCiti bus / yummy mummy on a cell phone or in my case, how not to rip the seams of my overpriced bib-shorts as I haul them over my fat @ss, BUT ....

By virtue of your position, your opinions carry more weight than my fat @ass and  most of the other @sses  on this forum

It is absolutely without a doubt unacceptable the behaviour of drivers on the roads to cyclists in SA. I will personally not ride a bike in SA on the roads but that is me. The authorities need to step in, harsher punishments and responsibilities and before that happens I am afraid I cannot see a positive change unfortunately. I have personally had a friend pass away due to being hit by a motorist not paying attention.
Cyclists must as well follow rules, be aware of surrounding etc as 2 wrongs never make a right.

I was in SA now for 5 days quickly, what I saw on how motorists drive left me with Tourette in the car and at the same breath, some cyclists also did not do themselves favours.

Be safe out there to everyone is all I can say.
