Double post because its important...

Happy International Coffee Day!

Only double if you frequent all the threads. Speaking of double, a double espresso sounds good right about now.

My local Seattle “re-opened” after expanding their floor size to accommodate us (cyclists) and other patrons at the same time.

My advice, buy the right grinder first...

These off brand ones can work, and do work dont get me wrong. However a good Mazzer or mahlkonig will last a lifetime and will always have support.

2nd hand Mazzer super jollys can be had for around R10k!

*Edit

The other thing, those soft adjusty buttons on the top, they'll be destroyed in no time in a busy cafe.

Or new for less than 10k apparently...

The only issue is it's not a grind on demand SJ - so ground coffee sits and stales in the chute - fine if your volumes are high like for a coffee shop - but not really great for home use.

Anyone use a Bialetti Mukka Express Cappuccino maker? Looking for opinions from users please.

I bought one a few months ago. The Bialetti Moka express 6 cup. I use it often (daily) and I like the coffee it produces. There was a bit of a learning curve for me though.
