Bought it for my wife as an anniversary gift just after I made an unapproved bike purchase last year As for how it works, my wife says she loves it, and has made some dam good food/dishes with it. The pasta maker is a cool addition, and ice cream maker as well. The only thing I've made with it is pancake batter so I'm not too qualified to answer your question
