Even if you called dibs, if another person offers me more, I have the right to sell it to that person. Unethical is someone advertising something as like new but when you get it, it's a piece of ****.REMEMBER a small little thing like INTEGRITY - most out there don't have that! I can't see a reseller going out of his way to inform you he's a reseller... Problem I see with trader feedback is, is that if it's a guy with >100 posts, he hasn't got too much to lose ito deleting his account and then opening a new one.
