Spirog Posted October 23 Posted October 23 I've managed to time a trip to Europe to coincide with the Zurich Marathon in April. Not cheap at CHF129 entry fee... around R 2,600. But it does include a t-shirt...🤣 ChrisF and IceCreamMan 2

I have entered a 100 km ultra next year which cost 195. So around 4500 zar. No shirt either. 😂 most trail ultras locally are around 5k an entry(usually with shirt) but also a lot lower number of entries... IceCreamMan 1

Over 40000 people joined an online virtual queue for the 30000 entries. DKK645 (€86 or R1640) per entry nogal. T-shirt is included though 😅 2h20 is quite slow for a half marathon, sounds like a fun run! b-rad and tjommies3 2

Lots of ups and downs, as per normal for the ultra distances. Almost got to my target of 18h, and didn't spend too much time running in the dark, which was the main goal for the day.
