My toepeak aerowedge is similar. It carries my pump, 2 spare tubes. some patches and cash. Probably overkill, but I rather replace a tube than patch one first. The pack also has a nice mounting option for a light. 

Each to his own, use a bag or dont.

Dem rules about red lights and stop streets........... are they followed too

 I have a friend who carried so much I asked her to wash the dishes. She looked at me quizzically and asked me too explain ( a trap).

So I said well you have the kitchen sink in there..... thats when it went dark and I woke up on Thursday
