Just wanted to say a quick thanks to Ruan and Dayle at Lyne components. I had an issue with my dropper. After a couple of emails back and forth they got a courier out to my work (about an hour from them) that same day, which was late afternoon Thursday. They called me first thing Friday to say they'd need the day to sort it out and to apologize that I wouldn't have it back that same day. Then got a call today (monday) to say it was all sorted and was on its way to me. It is now in my hand.

From beginning to end it took less than 2 working days to resolve, with minimal effort from me and a totally unnecessary apology from them. Superb.

The products and after sales service Lyne is producing is next level. I haven't heard a single bad thing about them to date. I have had 3 of their droppers, 3 cranksets, 2 Holy Rails, and a bunch of smaller things - excellent service every time, fast delivery, and no hassle with warranty on the ocassion I did have a problem.

Can't speak highly enough of them.

+1

Great guys and great service.  Riding their Amp 30 V2 wheels and using the One-for-all under bar dropper lever.  Products are of great quality and excellent value for money IMO.

I will also add my comment. Just at the end of lockdown my dropper stopped working. The cable was buggered. I emailed them a question about the new improved lever as I have the old one. Got a reply and I said I would hang on a bit as money was tight.

Well I got a reply that if I bought the improved lever, they will through in the new cable for free.

Unbelievable service.

Had a problem with their crank. refund was quick and seamless.

Hasn't been needed on any other product I've bought of theirs. I wish they made a BB386 crankset rather than GXP

Absolutely stellar service.

Dayle is quick to respond to emails and super helpful

New wheels arrived with valves and already taped up ready to go. Great quality.

Also got a set of cranks. Great quality.

Same here - excellent service from Dayle. I asked about a different courier option (Fastway sucks imo) and he arranged for overnight delivery from Courier guy. I paid yesterday at 4pm and my order was delivered this morning before 9.

Adding my 2c in here to compliment Lyne on the great service

My dropper started acting up (well, not up), I contacted Dayle and they were quick to send a courier to collect, ship it down to the cape, service it, and send it back all under warranty.

Thanks Dayle, its been a pleasure to deal with Lyne components and your team

My dropper is also wanting some TLC. I may drive down to them and get it the love it is wanting.

Another shout-out to Dayle and his crew: I need a service kit for my dropper, but there are none available. I happened to bump into him buying coffee and asked when they might be arriving (if he had ordered). He said: No problem. I will strip and dropper and make a kit for you to collect.
Awesome!

Now to get the dropper out the frame. Its loose, but wont come out by more than a centimetre. The dropper cable is free where it runs into the frame, so it must be caught somewhere inside.
