Plesier Eben... Hier is nog baie roetes om jou te gaan wys.

My ouers het 'n huis in Franskraal. Ek ry gewoonlik saam met Corrie as ek daar is. Daai trails agter die berg is rerig een van die kaap se bes bewaarde geheime.

First time riding clips on a MTB. Did not enjoy it one bit!!

Hi Eddy, funny thing, I've tried out flats before and felt completely detached from the bike, I on the other habd will be sticking to clips.

I am used to riding clips, am no stranger to it, but on the mtb its a diff story. I dont like the fact that i can release my foot immediately and the clip is turned to as loose as it can go. I rode down with one foot unclipped and it felt the same, and then also there is this bulge in the middle of my foot that is very slippery. I will give it another go for sure.

It is definitely something to get use to, but clipping out becomes second nature eventually , usually after a few funny falls [emoji85] . Good luck with it.[emoji106]

I am so jealous of all you being out there. I have a busted knee. Inflammation in my left knee joint because of some arthritis. And I am supposed to train for W2W.  :whistling:

Went out for a ride to Rooi Els on my roady on Wednesday which did not help matters.
