RocknRolla Posted February 27, 2019 Share Had a real challenge of a day yesterday. Needed some endorphins, thought I will have to burn an hour on zwift to get the job done. I was lucky enough to get home a lot earlier that I expected, which meant I could jump on the bike and really clear the head. It was a cracker of a Gauteng Afternoon. Did the job nicely, ended up doing two hours, and it was great!
