a concept my teenage daughter has only recently cottoned on to, she used to get pretty sarcastic with me about it. But about a month ago she found some online fitness programme and started following it religiously, now she tells me I knew what I was talking about. lol.

Hi Robbie

When I first looked at the photo I had the same thoughts. However my wife was behind the camera and I can promise you there was no editing at all on this photo. A once in a lifetime moment out in nature.
